Haxo Bespoke LLC (Limited) is an independent and privately-owned physical commodities trading, asset management and structured finance company.
Established in 2023, Haxo aims to become the financing partner of choice for the underserved and unserved segments of the commodity supply chain with focus on emerging markets.
The company also aims to serve a range of private investors who are seeking increased diversification with a bias towards income generation in the commodities financing space.
Haxo leadership consists of highly experienced industry specialists and a combination of the hybrid business models along with a keen sense of risk-reward ratios makes for a solid value proposition for both .

Platform Model: Our business model has platform characteristics, with access to support for origination, structuring, legal, operations and risk monitoring.
Hybrid Business: We provide financing solutions with embedded trade structures to provide better support for our commodity partners and to enhance returns for our investors.
Risk Driven: We are not afraid of higher risk levels provided there is an appropriate compensation.
Leadership
Mr. Mishra founded Ojas commodities LLC in 2011, the firm executed numerous commodity trades for its investor fund partners including for IIG Capital as well as has provided commodity risk advisory services to a few of the wall street banks.
In a prior corporate role Mr. Mishra served as Director- Portfolio Products at Sempra Commodities and over 15 years in various corporate advisory and quantitative roles at RBS and UBS. Mr. Mishra started his career with Tata Steel after getting an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Varanasi in India.
Mr. Mishra also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Kellogg School of Management. He is an avid reader on quantitative topics in structured finance and he also loves popular science topics.
